Leadership Mentoring
The specific aim of the blog is for leaders and potential leaders of academic departments to mentor each other in the leadership process.

I really enjoyed the conference and I thought it was one of the best inservices I have attended. As a very new HSIE Co-Ordinator I found it both informative and reaffirming. Too often when new people take on roles in education there is little or no 'training' at all and one just does one's best amid all the rush and deadlines of the job. Congratulations to the organisers on a well-run and informative day. I hope you run it again next year. All the speakers were interesting and all were relevant to today's classroom. Thank you. Vicki.
